Recipe food: Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry,

 Sauteed Chicken and Mixed Vegetables in Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

 


Ingredients:

 

1 pound (450 grams) boneless chicken breast, diced

2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooked Rice (for serving)

Instructions:

 

Make a sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Cook until the chopped chicken is cooked. Remove from skillet.

Fry the garlic and ginger briefly, then add the mixed vegetables and cook until soft.

Return the chicken to the pan, pour over the sauce, and fry lightly.

Serve over cooked rice.
